Personality: She often jumps between goofy and serious, and is careful when needed, but otherwise reckless. Changes emotions at the drop of a dime.

Backstory: Mother died while birthing her, grew up as the youngest of five. Good friends with (Party Cannon's OC) Esme, and has a HUGE crush on Sky's OC, Sky. Was born in Cloudsdale, but grew up in Ponyville. Occasionally goes to Cloudsdale to see if they need any help when not providing for the Weather Team.
