Personality: She is very serious most of the time, except when she's with her friends, then she is happy and silly.

Backstory: She used to be a weather pony in her town until one day..... She got her cutie mark one day when she was playing on the playground. She was with her friends and they found a small cloud and were all trying to break it to prove who would make the best weather pony when they grew up. When it was Cloudia's turn, she accidently used her power, breaking the cloud and giving her a cutie mark.
