Appearance: <p> Clover is average height, with a white coat and a pink and mauve mane and tail. </p>

Cutie Mark: <p> Crossed magic wands. Clover's cutie mark means that she's good at creating and performing magic spells. </p>

Personality: <p> Clover is a generally sunny natured pony, but she does get bored easily with trivialities and finds it difficult to settle down to a job of work, particularly one that doesn't interest her. She's easily distracted, and can be quick to anger if teased, even if not seriously. She's prone to moods and will sulk if she feels that somepony is not treating her with respect.<br /><br /> Clover has a tendency to be a workaholic, and has to be persuaded by her friends to occasionally leave her work and go out and have fun. She takes her work inventing spells very seriously, and enjoys it. She's very hot on equal rights for stallions and mares and doesn't like being pigeonholed. Clover often worries that she's not up to certain tasks, but will always do her best, especially if it's to help out her friends.<br /><br /> Clover is very phobic about heights; since becoming an alicorn, this has hampered her ability to fly. She much prefers to get about by hoof and train, as she did while still a unicorn. </p>

Backstory: <p> Clover, along with her best friend Stargazer, skipped school one day to go into the Everfree Forest to explore and try and find their cutie marks. They ended up facing danger in a cursed town in the middle of the forest, Sunny Town.<br /><br /> Clover and her friend decided to rescue the filly who was the cause of the curse, by levitating her to safety. Clover invented this spell as well as performing another spell to create a magical fog to conceal their escape. This broke the curse on the town and Clover earned her cutie mark.<br /><br /> Now, after a period spent in study in Canterlot, Clover writes magic books and occasionally gives private lessons. She sometimes takes holidays, but has to be persuaded into doing so. She lives in Trottingham.<br /><br /> Clover was eventually made an alicorn by Princess Celestia, after a feat of heroism.
