Species: Earth Pony

Appearance: She has a light blue coat and a white and and tail. Her mane and tail are both cut very short so as to not get in the way of her job.

Cutie Mark: She does not have a cutie mark. It was removed when her legs were amputated.

Personality: She is very serious. She takes her job seriously and rarely lets anything get to her. She doesn't waver from her job and is not much of a pony to go out and have fun.

Backstory: When she was younger she had gone to the frozen north of the wasteland on an assignment to find somepony lost there, but ended up getting lost herself. While she was there she was trapped in a blizzard and got very bad frostbite on all her legs. She was able to make it to a town, but before the doctors could get to her, an ice cicle fell and stabbed her in the eye. When she woke up, she had no legs and could only see out of one eye. After about a month her boss goes to the Steel Rangers and makes a deal with them. Coldcircut gets robotic legs and an eye, but in return she has to help the Rangers out at any given moment. No matter what.
