Appearance: Comet Streak is a periwinkle colored pony with a dark blue mane, along with a yellow "streak". His cutie mark is a shooting star.

Personality: Comet Streak has a very dynamic personality, depending on who he's hanging around; if he's around good friends, he'll be open and silly as he pleases! If he's doing business with some people, or at an event that is not very social, he will usually be calm. Nevertheless, he enjoys a good joke (even a bad joke! Sometimes..), since his sense of humor is very sensitive. Also realize he loves flying, counting, long walks at night, and hugs, since he thinks there's no way you can get closer to a friend than a hug (literally!).<br /><br />Unfortunately, Comet Streak does not like to sound rude since he believes people don't really like that, so he is a softy who can't always speak up if uncomfortable with his surroundings. He's also pretty over-analytic, which often leads to compiling unrealistic conclusions about what's going on, which also weakens his trust of his friends if they are what's troubling him. But he fortunately continues to trust his friends, and always strives to believe that they wouldn't try to hurt him in any way.<br /><br />"If it won't kill you or harm you or anyone, do it."

Backstory: Like most pegasi, Comet Streak was born and raised in Cloudsdale. <br /><br />Although his skills in flight were excellent as a colt, he became scared of flying when he witnessed a yellow filly (with a pink mane) plummet to the Earth since she couldn't fly successfully back up to her cloud (she turned out to be ok). Despite his talents, he developed a fear of failure and its devastating consequences. For a while he only flew when he needed to, hopping cloud to cloud around town and taking his flight exams. Gee, one little filly falling was enough to keep him grounded... coward.<br /><br />One night while resting on a cloud however, Streaky (yup, let’s call him Streaky!!) witnessed what appeared to be a shooting star zooming across the sky, plummeting towards the Earth. Unfortunately for him, the trajectory of the meteorite was headed towards storm clouds, but he decided to chase after the shooting star with all his might, wagering his safety for something he's never seen before (what a foolish foal! The shooting star must have been that foreign!!).<br /><br />After flying vigorously and prudently through the thunderhead, trying not to lose the stone, he eventually caught it in mid air before reaching the ground, now feeling a little weak from chasing it.<br /><br />The shooting star (now just a meteorite) was a brilliant sight; it was like a golden diamond, except it wasn’t! Little did he know the meteorite he found was considered to be very rare (insert meteorite name). Comet learned from his experience that it’s worth risking something in life in order to gain more in life, that he should pursue anything his heart desires, even if there are troubles or barriers surrounding that desire. (I wonder if he would wager his life for a lottery ticket!) Thus, in a flash he earned his cutie mark: pursue your dreams, no matter how challenging things could get. He keeps the lustrous stone in a small porcelain box, in his room somewhere.<br /><br />After he got over his fear of flight, Streak began to really push his skills to the limits, attempting to fly higher, faster, and farther, (though never as fast as Rainbow Dash). He even managed to win a few races across Equestria, further increasing his confidence as a young flyer. Though he eventually gave up competing.<br /><br />After graduating from flight school, now a stallion, he managed to find a job as a mail pony at Pegasus Express, headquartered at Manehattan. He especially enjoys delivering mail long distances across Equestria and beyond.<br /><br />On his large amount of spare time, he keeps flying around. One hobby of his is flag collecting of any new place he flies into, keeping a collection of them in his home at Manehattan. Or he's counting to a million in a forum called... Otherwise he’s either back at Cloudsdale with his friends, or exploring beautiful Equestria by air.
