Personality: Copper is a no nonsense, powerful pony who has immense pride in his fellow Earth Ponies. He strives to try and make those who have special powers stronger than they would ever be alone, and helps those who don't have powers get stronger both physically and mentally.<br /><br />Whenever he tries to help other ponies in need, he becomes obsessed with it, and he often tries to do things his way. And he more than often overlooks small details of plans.

Backstory: Copper was originally born in Appaloosa, but his full fillyhood was spent in Ponyville, where he and his parents moved to because of the non-stop partying of the Appaloosains. His mother worked in the spa, while his father helped out the Apple family from the time they spent there.<br /><br />His cutie mark came three weeks after the move to Ponyville. The town was cleaning up the winter storm, and they were having trouble. Copper had already trained himself for the move a week prior, and he was ready to showcase the move to the whole town. He curled up into a ball, charged up, and launched himself through the snow, clearing a path for the other ponies to finish cleaning up. It was then, when he achieved his cutie mark.<br /><br />After earning his cutie mark, his family moved back to Appaloosa, where there was little to say of what happened before Copper stumbled across a book. This wasn't an ordinary book, however, it was a book that taught Earth Ponies how to use magic like unicorns. Confused, Copper asked his parents, to which they explained his ancestry. 1000 years ago, during Nightmare Moon's banishment, his ancestors were the first ponies to make spells that were used by Earth Ponies, and with the help of Starswirl the Bearded, they were able to cast magic. The ponies who were taught such magic were tired of being treated as inferiors to Unicorns and Pegasi, and they took it uopn themselves to prove that they were able to perform magic like unicorns. Each generation after the next continued the chain of those who could cast magic like unicorns, with the elders granting them magic by an advanced, permanent spell told by Starswirl, the one who had helped the Earth Ponies control magic. However, Copper's parents couldn't be able to grant magic when he asked, because they, as well as their parents, couldn't control magic. They said that they took the book and moved to Appaloosa because they feared that one Earth Pony could use the magic for evil.<br /><br />But even after all that, it didn't deter Copper from wanting to learn magic. He said that he would use it to help his destiny, which is to help ponies in need. He asked to be taken to Canterlot, in which he would ask Princess Celestia to help. When they went to the Canterlot Castle, his parents told the story of why he wanted to learn magic, and asked for her help. She said it had been a while since Earth Ponies could control magic, and she thought that it was in the right hooves. She agreed, then cast the advanced spell on Copper, allowing him to control magic.<br /><br />In the six years that followed, Copper learned the ways of the unicorn, learning skills such as levitation, teleportation, and fighting techniques until mastering them all. Celestia praised him for learning magic four years before mastering, and took him under her wing, and taught him some advanced magic. After those four years, he thanked her, and said that he had mastered all he needed to know. After the goodbye, he spent the next two years adventuring, travelling to places he had never been before, and helping out those in need, not forgetting about his destiny.
