Appearance: His right eye is red while his other is discolored and somewhat far sighted, hence the monocle.<br /><br />His hair is black and white (the lighting the picture makes it look red)<br /><br />His teeth are filed to points as to look intimidating in the business world.

Cutie Mark: Downward stock market arrow and two dollar signs.

Personality: Willing to listen if the pony in question is willing to pay a fee for "counseling". <br /><br />Eager to profit off others misfortune even if it doesn't always mean profiting with money. <br /><br />Surprisingly has a soft side when it comes to younger foals (mostly those in his large family but sometimes non-family). <br />Corporate will spoil the foal in question with spending money before immediately telling the foal to leave his sight for fear that anypony may see him and use his kindness against him in some way. <br /><br />Manipulative of those he can tell are in business or are of use to him. Except children as he has a rule to not hurt or use children to achieve his goals. <br /><br />Has mental breakdowns whenever he fears that his company is in danger or gets extremely paranoid/nervous when Recession Depression begins to freak out and exclaim that the economy/stock market is failing. <br />But his mental breakdowns are rare as he usually quite confident of his skills and knows that Recession Depression is overly critical/paranoid of the stock market and sees any dip in prices as a "bear market" (when prices are falling).

Backstory: Corporate Crime grew up in a well-off family in Manehattan with his father Cold Cash. His mother, Glitz Gold had divorced Cold Cash when Corporate was only a foal as she only married Cold Cash for his money. He wasn't very fond of his mother anyways as she barely paid attention to him instead of going to multiple socialite parties. <br /><br />His father named him Corporate while his mother being the uncaring mare she was offhandedly called him a "criminal". <br /><br />As Corporate got older (around mid-twenties) he began to use both his birth name and "crime" together as his name as he felt it sounded perfect for the line of work he was in. <br /><br />He was born with his off-colored eye. At first he could see perfectly out of it but the older he got his eye sight got a bit worse and he eventually had to wear the monocle in his mid-teens. <br /><br />His family consists of bankers, accountants, stock brokers, lawyers (many of them sleazy ones). <br /><br />His father had him enrolled in a special private business school where Corporate discovered his ease of understanding the corporate world including all the loop holes he can create to enrich himself and his family while leaving others miserable and broke. <br />Thus after graduating he was hired by one of his father's many businesses, a law firm.<br /><br />He worked diligently, still a blank flank despite his talent within the law firm, eventually making it to one of the top tier lawyers in the firm. <br /><br />He got his cutie mark after being the defense attorney for an embezzler/teller from a bank and "won". <br />Corporate bribed judge with favors and blackmailed the prosecutors into lessening the charges from a sentence of 10 years no parole to only 8 months with parole. <br /><br />His father Cold Cash was impressed (in addition to many of the family members) and put Corporate in his will as the sole heir to the law firm and his other businesses which consisted of a bank and brokerage firm after his death.<br /><br />Cold Cash passed away from a stroke when Corporate was 28 much to Corporate's dismay as he and his father were very close. <br /><br />Nowadays, he is seeking to expand the wealth that his family has amassed and his power over the family members who haven't acknowledged his status. <br /><br />Corporate's current "favorites" in his family are Economy Crunch (accountant) and Recession Depression (overly paranoid stock broker).
