Backstory: Long story short:<br />Crystal is a part of a hives royal family.<br />She was given to a griffon couple to avoid the chaos in the hive.<br />The couple traveled all around the world with their child, yet still encouraged her to be civil.<br />They retired at some point in Canterlot, to help encourage her civil...ness<br />And here she is now. She has been told about her past and has also been told about how most ponies dislike changelings. Especially a princess. So she keeps it a secret while being posh and spiffing.
