Appearance: Daikuma is a very large fair skinned very muscular man that towers above any human, but isn't quite as large as a Onijin. <br />He has all black hair that is slicked back and goes below his ears.<br />Red eyes.<br />Daikuma also has various scars around his body from battle.<br /><br />For Armor he wears a red and black samurai cuirass, shoulder guards, and thigh guards,<br />For clothing Daikuma has a red headband covering part of his hair with the Kanji for bear painted on it in black.<br />He wears a traditional black and red samurai kimono that just barely goes below his waist and with rolled up sleeves. <br />And large red cord belt tied in the front.<br />Traditional dark grey Samurai pants.<br />Black sandals with red cord to tie them to his feet.<br /><br />For weapons Daikuma carries a custom crafted black handled Guan Dao polearm carried on his back. The bottom of the weapons is tipped with a spear.<br />However, his main weapons are two large gauntlets he wears. As a adept soulforger, he can change what they do to suit his position, but usually he extends two sets of bear claws from the weapon for ripping. <br />
Personality: Daikuma is usually prideful, loyal, almost always talking loudly, and strict against others except people above him. And that only seems to be Emperor Kurai and Shogun Saigo.
Backstory: Daikuma grew up from one of the more prestigious military families in Sakoku. Their specialty being weightlifting strongmen that could hold almost any weapon. And was of course, constantly trained as soon as he physically could to be a disciplined warrior. <br /><br />In his early days as a military officer, Daikuma grew a great amount of respect someone he met at his post, Saigo Fuzen. And was of course very pleased when he joined the military by force. He then eventually became a personal guard of Saigo himself and highly considered as one of the best by the General.<br /><br />As soon as the time came for the Zetsumei coup, his family joined the deserters eagerly as they felt the Narumi side didn't fit their beliefs. Daikuma easily accepted the switch, knowing it was the right choice.
