Cutie Mark: Fabric and Scissors. Daniel is a great tailor, and he's really proven himself to be one of the best. Formerly a Seaddle fashionista, and admirer of foreign haute couture, Daniel was head of a fashion line before leaving it behind to move to Ponyville.

Personality: Daniel is a feminine, caring, kind, and outgoingly friendly stallion! He can be a coward at times, but he always tries his best to stick up for his friends. But that's not all to him! He's also flamboyant, raunchy, and a flirty sex lover. Being the stereotypical gay stallion that he is, he doesn't mind flaunting his lifestyle during any occasion.

Backstory: Born in the city of Seaddle to upper middle-class parents, Daniel was one of those lucky ponies. His life at first was easy, and carefree. He went to Seaddle's top private school, and then went on to The University of Seaddle. His life there was abrupt though, as during his sophomore year he announced his homosexuality to his parents, and in return they pulled their funds. <br /><br />Homeless, penniless, and jobless on the streets Daniel lived a life of poverty for several months before he was taken in by Silver Gleam, an entrepreneur and philanthropist. Daniel was awestruck at the stallion's generosity. He had another chance at life. Another chance to succeed. Gleam's purpose for Daniel was one of self-interest though. He saw himself in Daniel. A youth restricted from being who he was by society. <br /><br />He gave him a job in one of his boutiques and in a short time Daniel became the head fashion designer of Gleam and Glamour, Gleam's fashion line. With immense wealth and fame now pouring itself in Daniel's lap, he became egotistical. It all went to his head. Every night was a party. Either going out clubbing, drinking and popping tablets, or staying in his penthouse having sex with strangers. <br /><br />Gleam eventually had enough of his behavior, and after a heated argument Daniel finally looked at himself and what he had become. He achieved his dream of success in the fashion world, but at what cost? He let it all change him into something he wasn't. Was this who he really wanted to be?<br /><br />Daniel put himself in rehab for the drugs and alcohol. After sobering up he decided the city-life would just fuel his addiction and narcissism. He bid farewell to Gleam and left with a small amount of bits for travel and setting up a new life. He had read in the paper about a place that was somewhat rural and calm. Though prone to crazy antics, it seemed like the best place for him: Ponyville.<br /><br />Daniel found himself at peace when he first arrived in Ponyville. Its ponies were quaint and their lifestyle was just what he needed. He set himself up in a small house and started work at a small boutique in town. That's where he met Rarity the charming, regal mare he knew about from the paper. They became quick friends and Daniel felt right at home in Ponyville.
