Personality: Deadbolt is loyal and sted-fast to help those in need. Though he is a heavy hitter, he is rather intelligent. He prefers a fair fight and works on a warriors code. Though, when he is outnumbered he will go all out on his enemies. But only if they can hurt him.

Backstory: In the years before the war, Deadbolt was an archivist. Spending his time in the libraries of Cybertron alongside his friend, Twirl. However, in the years of the great war, they found each other on opposite ends of the faction separation. He on the rightious Autobots and she on the side of the war-hungry Decepticons. The two often sparred when they crossed paths.<br /><br />On his way from Cybertron, Deadbolt's shuttle was sucked into the wormhole the Ark and Nemesis fell into. However, instead of heading to the planet later called Earth, he soon found himself on a different carbon based planet. There he remained dormant for millions of years as the world around his body developed. Empires rose and fell as he slept, only to awake due to a surge of energy from a certain sonic rainboom. <br /><br />With his crew dead and the only survivor, he finds himself in a cave filled with crystallized energon. There Deadbolt could survive until help came for him. Even though that was looking like a pipe dream with each passing year since he awoke. Just watching the inhabitants from a distance with curiosity. Never intervening.
