Appearance: Lavender/purple coat with white appaloosa spots and an aqua mane and tail. Eyes blue.

Personality: Caring and helpful to all she encounters. Loves to encourage others and give advice to the best of her ability. However, she is very insecure talking to anypony face to face and often gets nervous when talking to them in person. She is very bold and secure in her writings for newspapers all over Equestria. She is not so much shy as just possessing an insecurity in the area of public speaking.
Backstory: Full name Appeline Aquamarine. Appy was born in Appaloosa from two loving parents. She was an only foal. Despite a solid upbringing Appy experienced many trails in life and grew up very unsure of what it was she should be doing.<br /><br />Appy desired to be a journalist, so as a blank flank she was accepted as a reporter for the Appaloosa daily. It was not long before Appy found her true calling. So many people wrote in to the news paper asking for advice. Appys heart was moved so she accepted the job of "Dear Appy" with out hesitating at all. Before long, newspapers all over Equestria were requesting her "Dear Appy" Column for their newspapers and she became quite famous, but she never got over her insecurity about talking to people face to face, and preferred to communicate through the written word.<br /><br />Although she didn't always get it right, she did her best and smiled every time some somepony thanked her for raising their spirits or helping them through a problem.
