Personality: DeVille generally likes to hang around and goof off with his band mates. He plays video games a lot, listens to classic rock constantly, and enjoys the life of luxury. DeVille isn't formal what so ever, he went to the Grand Galloping Gala with his band and carried in a 12 pack of soda and some pizzas. He's very nice and also very playful and loves to joke around.

Backstory: DeVille was born and raised in Canterlot. From the start, his parents have tried to get him to behave like a true Canterlot pony, you know, good manners, very formal, stuff like that. However, that wasn't DeVille's personality. In secrecy, he managed to get a rock band together with three other ponies from Canterlot that are like him. He finally spilled the beans about his rock band at his high school talent show. Now, DeVille's band, Neon Flamingo, is known all around Equestria, and everypony still can't believe they came from Canterlot. They behave just like Motley Crue did in the 80's, but without the drugs.
