Cutie Mark: Vena's cutie mark is of two dice, one six and a five, with a snake wrapped around them. <br />Gambling is one of the things she loves - because it's so easy to cheat at when you're a unicorn.<br />A snake is said to be a tricky animal, charming and deceptive. Very often she wraps yet another pony skilfully around her hoof for one night and never sees them again, or thinks about them.

Personality: Vena is, in two words, a flirt and a cheat.<br />She's not afraid to let any silly stallion (or mare!) stumble into her little web. She'd court them for one night, maybe play a little 'game' with them, then let them walk off the next day, bruised and hurt.<br />At the bar where she works, if hosting a game she will use her magic to make the dice turn out the way she wants. and if playing for herself she will bend the dice to her will so she always wins. This is why she is so wealthy.

Backstory: Vena grew up in a small town with an abusive father and a rag of a mother. As she grew up, she came to think it was perfectly fine to be that way, and that it was perfectly normal. She was always bullied at high school for being a blank-flank, and came to use violence to silence them. Eventually, she was excluded from school - despite her remarkable grades - and her father couldn't care less whether she went back. In fact, he couldn't care for her at all, so he simply tossed her out.<br />It was no wonder she grew up slightly twisted. Vena didn't care what others thought of what she did, and her nights with other ponies, male or female, were very often her only source of pleasure as she grew up. She started these shenanigans from a dissapointingly young age.<br />Back to when she was kicked out, she spent a while sleeping rough at around the age 12, at which point she was convinced she would never get her cutie mark - until a saloon owner in Appaloosa carried her inside from his doorstep and offered her a room in exchange for labor. She worked from a startlingly young age as a barmaid and still does now.<br />This is how she finally got her cutie mark, and by cheating at gambling, she has gotten wealthy enough to afford a nice place in Manehatten. Every Monday she travels to Appaloosa, and every Friday back to Manehattan.
