Appearance: Below average in height, longish dirty blonde hair, grey eyes. Thin, unhealthily so cuz he often forgets about having to eat, and when he does, he eats junk food. He works it off tho due to nervous energy, not being able to sit still for a moment.

Personality: Somewhat crazy minded, with a tendency to rush straight into a fracas without thinking things thru first. Diego can be rude and obnoxious, selfish and sometimes does silly spiteful things. He is chaotic neutral class, but could join either good or evil; it depends on what suits HIM.

Backstory: Diego lived a fairly happy life right up til the moment his powers developed when he was sixteen. He went off the rails, drinking, taking drugs until he eventually ended up in prison. Diego used his powers to break out and spends his time veering from town to town. He has the potential to do good, but only if taken under the wing of someone to direct him. He has far more potential to go bad, but doesn't follow orders very well.
