Personality: Has a laid back attitude but is humble. He is an introvert so he prefers to keep to himself at times, instead of being the center of attention. However when somepony needs help he's always willing to lend a helping hoof. If there is one thing that Dogboots dislikes its Rich noble family's that treat others like garbage. He respects Royalty but doesn't really hold a high regard for it. However through it all he maintains optimism even in a bad situation. It has been noted that Dogboots seems to have a love for processed meat such as spam.

Backstory: Dogboots had abandoned his family at the age of 14 to get away from his parents after they had constantly compared him to his more successful younger brother. He has traveled all over Equestria from Fillydelphia to Manehattan to Appleloosa. Mainly doing oddjobs to make a living. He's made friends and learned lessons. However, he has a tendency of doing the right thing even when it costs him personal harm. Because of this, his body is riddled with scars and burns to the point where his cutie mark is completely covered. He has adopted a uniform to wear to cover the scars that the past has left on him.
