Personality: Laid back, relaxed, and most of all perpetually happy.

Backstory: Dusty was born in Cloudsdale where he lives today. His childhood was filled with disaster. During his time at flight school he was repeatedly picked on. This led to his betting. He tried to bet on everything he could. Believe it or not he actually won 99% of the time. This was when his cutie mark appeared. His mother and father where not impressed to say the least of this. They were forced to kick him out when he was 13. This led to him becoming homeless. He strayed around for days until one day he found an old lean-to. He has lived there till this day. The remarkable thing is he's still happy.
