Personality: Very humble, yet also very quiet. He is also very creative when it comes to doing magic and spells, but does not show it. Emile also has a very gloomy and sad vibe about him.

Backstory: Emile is a very talented unicorn, who has a unique ability where his emotions were linked to the powers of his magic. He was one of the very few unicorns chosen to practice magic under Celestia's guidance. When he got this opportunity, he tried very hard to impress his teacher, but ended up failing because Celestia was very focused on one particular student: Twilight Sparkle. Filled with frustration and anger with being ignored, Emile accidentally used his unique gift to summon a large phoenix spirit that nearly destroyed Canterlot Castle. Celestia, along with Twilight's help, had managed to rid the spirit, afterwards putting Emile in a undeserved spot of trouble. Ponies stayed away from him, afraid he might repeat the same accident. Finally, Celestia decided that it would be better for him if he left Canterlot, and that he set out immediately. Devastated, Emile solemnly packed his things, and left without another word. An eternal aura of sadness surrounds Emile to this day and, because of his ability, this aura brings a strange feeling of sadness to other ponies who come across him.
