Personality: Epic has a very happy-go-lucky attitude. He is slightly careless but very wise and smart. He often will be able to give Lucid advice and help him. He has a very strong and fearless attitude. He has a strong relationship with his son, but likes to joke around more than most fathers. He likes to banter and taunt others as well, which will annoy Lucid at times.

Backstory: As soon as Epic moved away from home, he was rushed into a series of adventures that made him a bit famous. He managed to defeat a few bandits that where after him and became a mercenary for "the law" working as a sort of bounty hunter, he continued to fight until he decided to start a family.<br />Epic Dream is the father of Lucid Dream, just a few days before Lucid was born; Epic died to some unexplained form of poisoning. Before he died, he was working on a spell that might allow him to speak to the dead, however never managed to complete vital parts to the spell. 18 years later, Lucid completed the spell when looking at Epic's notes and called his ghost from the dead. It wasn't very powerful, the spell could last for a very short time and Lucid could only give Lucid the ability to talk to him. They later learned that they could merge their spirits together to make a sort of "Double Soul," where Lucid is possessed with the spirit of his father and together they can fight with one body. Although Epic is dead, Lucid can call on him for a short time. If he is in extreme danger he can fuse with his soul. <br />
