Cutie Mark: Red heart, blue exclamation point. He can tell when ponies around him need help. Depending on the depth of the relationship, he can tell from far away too.

Personality: He is your typical class clown. He loves to goof off and laugh and be a dork, but he also knows when to be serious. He is smarter than he looks and very perceptive. He will do just about anything to make a pony laugh if they are down. He is calm and level headed and he is not one to jump into things. His primary characteristic is patience.

Backstory: Flash grew up in Cloudsdale and went to flight school with Jay Hurricane. When he was in school he was a giant dork. He had crooked teeth with braces, he had thick glasses that were taped together and he had horrible acne. He was always picked on. He became friends with Jay when Jay stood up for him. Then when they were 11, Jay left for Fillydelphia. 3 years later Flash went on his own journey and travelled the world. He went from place to place helping everypony he came into contact with. He had crazy adventures like saving villages from chimeras. He learned many languages and finallynafter four years he moved to Ponyville where he learned that he was destined to be one of the elements of nature and he was given the power of lightning. He became one of the six along with Jay Hurricane.
