Personality: He has a very silly personality and is normally is very over the top and loud making a lot of noise. He likes to help people with their problems in comical ways.

Backstory: He had a very normal childhood but unfortunately his mother was sick a lot when he was a child, but he made her feel better by making her laugh and smile and she is now very happy. For a little while he traveled around stopping at random towns and did shows. But recently he visted ponyville and loved it so know he lives there and is new in town.
