Personality: Independent but always happy to make new friends, Fragrant Melody is kind, mild-mannered, and non-confrontational. She also is a natural leader who takes charge and organizes whenever the need arises. Impulsive and sometimes indecisive, Fragrant Melody often would rather get the job done herself rather than wait on somepony else to do it.

Backstory: Fragrant Melody is known Equestria-wide for her spectacular display of rare and unusual flower gardens, which she tends to every Spring and Summer. Her skills with plants was a complete surprise to her pony parents as they both had black thumbs! But Fragrant Melody also enjoys singing alto in the Ponyville Choir, a talent she inherited from both of her parents, who together form a famous singing duet, specializing in Broadway and Jazz hits!
