Appearance: Fairly tall and broad-shouldered, his appearance gives the impression of considerable strength, but at the same time, he has a very gentle face and would never use this strength to hurt anyone. He has a dark grey coat and brown mane.

Cutie Mark: A bandage. Even though he doesn't have magic like most doctors and nurses, he is very skilled at first aid and is as good a healer as any unicorn doctor, albeit with different, non-magical, methods.

Personality: Very gentle, he hates violence and the very idea of others coming to harm for any reason. He has great respect for all living things, and treats all creatures accordingly. Though he is very strong, he would never fight anyone. Because he hates seeing others suffer, he has dedicated his life to studying medicine and learning how to help people recover from injuries however he can. He is very kind and caring to everyone, even if they don't show the same courtesy to him. He also has a huge sweet tooth.

Backstory: It was clear from a young age that Wind couldn't stand seeing ponies get hurt. Fortunately, growing up in Ponyville, he didn't see all that much fighting and the like, but when he did, it deeply saddened him. He would always try to stop fights, but he knew that he couldn't always keep ponies from getting hurt. Instead, he decided he should learn to help ponies who had already been hurt to recover, minimizing the amount of pain they had to go through. Ever since, he's done all he can to begin the best doctor he can be, and even though not having magic makes it much harder, he's become recognized as one of the most promising young healers around.
