Backstory:

Grace was born halfway in the water on a snowy beach next to a semi-frozen lake. She opened her eyes to the snow around her. She got up and used her front legs to drag her into the icy cold water. Her aquatic lungs filled with the clear water. Her parents joined her in the water. As the years went by, her parent kept complimenting on her voice. It didn’t have the same power as any other sirens, her voice had a relaxing aura inside it. Her mom would joke that it could relax a hyperactive pony
A few years later, she climbed on the shore and headed to the nearest settlement to see if she could do some work. As she was walking, her tail folded onto her left leg. He went to the first shop and asked if they were hiring. The stallion in charge jumped in front of Grace and told that she’s hired. As she worked, she couldn’t get it out of her head that she only got this job because of her voice. After work, she ran home and drove into the water. Her tail inflated to its original size. She told what happened, then her parent told her that she would have to try to control her voice. She climbed out and headed to the settlement to practice.
In the few years of practicing, she could never control, so she used it to get a free scarf, then she wrapped her mouth and told herself that she was only talking if necessary.
