Appearance: Hikari is 5'4 in height and has semi-short hair that's white in colour. Her hair is wavy and has highlights of dark grey. Despite her short height, she is still very strong and combined with her esper powers, she can truly pack a hell of a punch.<br /><br />She wears all sorts of clothing, but what she often wears is a hoodie that has different shades of grey, allowing her to blend in within the dark shadows.

Personality: Hikari is a creative person who expresses her thoughts in different ways such as drawing, writing and talking. She has a very good memory and can usually recall a lot of small details from the past. Not only is Hikari creative, she is very open-minded and has a good sense of humour.<br /><br />Her personality lies between subtle, quiet yet talkative. She's someone who wouldn't be convinced or tricked easily without evidence, and she believes that everyone has a shed of kindness within their hearts. She treats everyone equally, and even if the other person has committed crimes, she would often talk to them instead of executing them. Some say that her kindness will eventually lead to her death, but she doesn't believe that it will.<br /><br />Even though she is kind-hearted, she wouldn't mind slicing her foe into bits if it means making the world a better place or if her friends are in trouble. She is someone who would talk things out with her enemies before she engages in combat, but if the enemy strikes first, she would do whatever it takes to neutralise the enemy. <br /><br />She handles all sort of situations differently depending on what her goal is and if she's capable of accomplishing it. If she were to approach an enemy, she would attempt to indicate their strengths and weaknesses by their appearances and to strike with different attacks depending on the situation.<br /><br />Her decisions are not always the best nor the smartest, but at the end of the day, she never regrets them, and she treasures all the mistakes she has made in the past, whether they are good or bad.<br /><br />Hikari likes to play safe whenever she can, but if her friends' lives are in danger, she wouldn't mind crossing the line between life and death to protect or to save them, or even sacrifice her own life for her loved ones.

Backstory: Hikari realised something that blew her mind, and that's when she realised that she was an esper with a power that opened a window of opportunity, excitement and freedom. She immediately started searching for information on the Internet but she couldn't find anything related to what she was capable of within the database of esper powers, but instead, only similar powers.<br /><br />After researching about espers on the Internet, she found out that there was a place which trained candidates to become espers or to further improve their ability. Without a second thought, she took a plane in a hurry in hopes that she can further advance her abilities. Two years has past and she reached Level 4 and her unique power was dubbed as Gust Gale due to her ability to control and manipulate air and wind. Her imagination allowed her to create many types of attacks just by using wind to her advantage.<br /><br />Not only has she met a lot of new friends along the way, she has become more aware of what she was capable of that couldn’t have been achieved without her friends and their support. Hikari even got into a fight with a Level 5 esper and she managed to end it with a draw. This proves to her that even if her opponents were classified as a Level 5, it doesn’t mean that the people below Level 5 were no match for them.<br /><br />Even though her powers were more than enough to defend herself from thieves and muggers, she always carries a dagger just in case, such as cutting things or killing without having to use her powers. She can also take advantage of her powers by increasing her speed by manipulating wind, allowing her to travel three times faster than running and to attack unsuspecting enemies.
