Appearance: Light purple coat. Always wear a purple mask. Mask has a large smile but no eyes. Light purple hair. The mask hides a grotesque face that was burned horribly in his accident.

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a straight jacket. originally thought to represent a job as a physiatrist. it now represents his utter madness.

Personality: Hooligan is a sociopath and utterly insane. He is at times physically unable to control his actions and almost always has a strange craving for pickles. Hooligan has a second voice in his head that he refers to as "Voice in Hooligan's Head."

Backstory: Once a renowned Dr with a PHD in psychiatry. Hooligan lost his mind in a tragic lab accident. His face was scarred beyond recognition and his mind shattered.
