Cutie Mark: Icy's cutie mark is an ice-colored broken heart. She got it when she broke a couple up for her friend. It means she's good at manipulating emotions, particularly the romantic sort.

Personality: Icy is exactly what her name makes her seem like. She's cold, rude, and blunt. She's a extremely stubborn, and won't lose without a fight. She's very passionate about things, and will protect her friends with her life. She's easily annoyed, and impatient. She is always nice to her patients. She hates it when people try to figure out her emotions or what she's thinking. Many ponies dislike her, but that's alright to her, because she probably dislikes them too.

Backstory: She was never very polite, but her parents attributed that to being the only foal of the family. However, she grew up mean and snarky, and it worsened as she aged. Her parents practically disowned her when they realized she was never going to get nicer, and she still doesn't speak to them. No one knows what her actual name is; everypony has always called her Icy and she's never corrected them.
