Personality: Icy is a very tomboyish mare who can be friendly, but feisty when provoked. She always tries her best at whatever she does. She's easy to get along with once you get to know her. She's somewhat competitive, but not always<br />While she was a late bloomer for flying and her cutie mark, she is quite intelligent and had almost straight A's through school. She's quite humble about it though.<br /><br />She's flirty, but usually she'd like to know if the pony is into mares first.

Backstory: Icy was born and raised in Fillydelphia with her parents and siblings, Brightheart and Iceheart (they were twins). When she was seven, her parents split and her dad took her and Bright to Manechester, and her mom was left in Fillydelphia with Iceheart. When she was 13 she taught herself to fly, as when she lived in Fillydelphia, her mother was too busy with the twins, she had no Pegasus friends, and her father was an Earth pony. She had nopony there to understand how big it was for her, as Bright was an Earth Pony as well. <br />She had been meant to stay with her Pegasus mother and sister, but when her father called for Brightheart, she had just woken up and thought he was calling for her too, so she left with him. <br />She found her special talent when she visited Cloudsdale when she was 15, she could make the most beautiful, intricate snowflakes and transfer them to clouds with little practice. Her specialty was star-shaped snowflakes, but she enjoyed making any shape.<br />After working at the weather factory for three years, she decided to visit the Crystal Empire. Halfway through, she wound up meeting a Pegasus mare a year older than her by the name of Diamond Dust, and a Unicorn a year and a half older by the name of Crystal Light. The three of them clicked immediately. They discovered each other's talents, and when Diamond Dust mentioned her little ice and glass decoration shop, both Star and Crystal wanted to help with it. Crystal Light moved in with Dust, and Icy Stars moved into a nearby apartment after quitting at the factory.
