Backstory: Incognito's real name is Charles Rew. He grew up a only child with his mother. His father died of cancer before he was born. He was poor growing up. When he became 20 his mother died of breast cancer. He was on his own. He got a job and to help him get his mind off of his parents, he joined a gun club. After 2 years he found an add on crag's list. HUNTER WANTED Incog. took the job thinking it was for him to hunt some big game. He didn't find out until the job was already done, it was an assassination job. He earned over 4 thousand dollars. He began doing assassination jobs as his profession. He soon got a big job. Kill a huge crimelord that was terrorizing Manhattan. After the job he was given over 500K. He was able to buy military grade weapons and gear.
