Personality: Strong, but sarcastic. Very protective of Jewel. Often has either a wry smile, or an expressionless stare. As independent as he is, he still enjoys a good joke.

Backstory: Born in Manehatten, he lived a simple life. He was an only child to a poor family. He learned to be independent, and often the strongest pony in a given group. He went to school and met Jewel. She was younger, and less confident. He found pity, and soon a conviction to help her. He became her big brother figure, and protector. They stayed together through all of their school days. They traveled together to Ponyville to look for jobs. He became a woodworker, and lived in an apartment with Jewel as best friends. They remain together to date.
