Appearance: Kenji is around 6 feet tall with long black hair that he keeps out of his face with a pair of steampunk styled goggles. As for clothes, he is always wearing cargo pants stuffed with little things like bolts or switches. As far as a shirt goes, he always wears a zip up hoodie.

Personality: Kenji is very erratic and ADHD. He will however do his nest to come through for his friends and allies. He is intelligent when it comes to technology and surviving the atreets, but is seen as anti-social nbcause he would rather build a machine than talk to somone.

Backstory: Kenji was born to a normal family, in the city. He grew up helping his father in a garage working on and with machinery. He discovered he was a technopath one day when they were having trouble with one of the machines. It would not run, and after touching it, Kenji was able to get it working just by thinking about it. Since then he has been training himself to control bigger and more.powerful machines, especially ones he built. He built a mechanical ally, that he calls ticky. It is hiw he earned the nickname mech. Niw he runs the garage, using his skills as a level 4 esper to help people with thier mechanical problems, but he isn't making money as he lets people put tabs. He us nice. T now he needs a new source of power to keep everything running smooth. That's when he heard about the Gods Hand. From what he knows it is a source if limitless power, and he hopes to use it to help many more people and keep his garage running.
