Appearance: [b]Eye Color:[/b] Green<br />[b]Colors:[/b] Her head and torso are black, merging into the white fur of her other half.<br />[b]Physique:[/b] Slightly larger than most Griffins, she shares their strong and sometimes violent nature. However, she enjoys meeting new creatures and learning about places outside of her home.

Personality: Kira comes from a family of strangely colored Griffins. Due to their odd coloring, they have been somewhat outcast, but have always managed to do well for themselves. They are a mix of black eagles and white lions, with the exception of Kira's brother, who is a Dragon. They can be considered twins, in a sense, since they were hatched on the same day and have been very close all their lives<br /><br />The family is very close, not living near any other Griffins. They reside in the caves of Raptorclaw Canyon, hunting for food almost constantly. Kira and Ezio are food gatherers, as are their parents, Martin and Layla. They always share whatever they catch.<br /><br />Kira, as well as Ezio, have been taught basic combat by their parents, but have never had to use it in a real fight.

Backstory: She longed to see the world, and the time was drawing near when she and Ezio would leave the nest. <br />Kira has never met anyone outside her family, not even another Griffin. Her parents have told her about other Griffins, who live to the North and South, and how their family is not well liked among them. She has heard of the ponies, who live far to the East. Where she would go, she was unsure, but she and Ezio considered heading out into the world together.<br /><br />That is, until things changed...<br /><br />A group of Dragons flew overhead, on their way to one of the further Griffin villages. Martin almost didn't make it back alive. Layla had already been at home, but Kira and Ezio were trapped in a canyon. Ducking down, they managed to avoid detection...but Martin and Layla had to tell Ezio of his true heritage. He was a Dragon, a species that had long been at war with Griffins. Ezio said his good-byes and left.<br /><br />A few days later, Kira followed after, leaving the home nest to seek out a life of her own. She continues to search for her beloved brother, and perhaps for a greater purpose in life.
