Appearance: Esme is a grey alicorn with an exceedingly long horn and short hair. Her mane, tail, and wing tips are said to be soaked in the blood of the innocent and have a slight purple tint. Her purple-blue markings make her unique and unusual all at the same time an her horn is also tipped with purple-blue. Her eyes are blood red with soft purple edges.

Cutie Mark: Esme's cutiemark is a bluebell of whom blood dripps gently down the stem. Reprosenting her origional element and part of her past, the shadow queen tends to hide her cutiemark for formal occassions.

Personality: Esme is a dark and silent being, but she is also very cruel and unusual. Thankfully for her, Esme is also very wise and intelligent.

Backstory: Born into royalty as the eldest sister of Celestia, Esme was meant to rule equestria. However, Celestia cast a spell upon her durring her sleep so that she would eventually loose her element. A brutal war was waged between the two sisters, but Esme proved the more powerfull. Rather than assemble her army and steal her land back then, Esme fled to the everfree and crafted her own kingdom of shadows.<br /><br />PS: This is a very short explaination, for her storyline is very long and complex.
