Personality: Don't let his name fool you. He's not exactly the bravest pony out there. In fact, he's very timid, although he makes up for it with his intelligence. He also knows how ponies minds work (since he's a writer and all) this allows him to usually manipulate ponies to do whatever he wants.

Backstory: Lionheart and his twin brother Highheart lived a mostly happy life in Canterlot even when they were adults. While Lionheart was a successful writer, Highheart was a well known actor. However, in secret, his brother was actually the serial killer known as "The Canterlot Cadaver". When Lionheart eventually found out about this, his brother framed him as the killer and he was sent off to prison. Now he has to get out, prove his innocence and stop his brother before he commits any more crimes! The only problem is... he's only got 16 months left before the prison decides what to do with him: execution or solitary confinement. To stop his brother, he must get out before then or he has no chance of ever seeing the light of day. Apparently he's getting a new cellmate soon...
