Cutie Mark: A blue and white swirl lollipop with a pink bow on it's stick.<br />It shows that her talent is designing and making candy.

Personality: Lolly is a cheerful young pony. She is kind and friendly, and is always ready to help. She is not extremely talkative, but she does tend to speak a lot if it comes to candy, or something else that she is passionate about.<br />She always means well, even if she ends up causing more trouble than good. Her mind is not as sharp as other ponies', and she is rather clumsy. This does not make her stop trying at all, it motivates her if anything. She is always striving to be better, in her own humble way, of course.<br />She is rather gullible, she believes the most obvious lies, unless they are something negative about somepony she likes or trusts. In those cases, she won't believe it, even if it is the truth. Earning her trust is easy, and loosing it is near impossible. She likes to believe everypony is good.<br />She lives in her own little pastel-coloured world, where there is no evil and no darkness. Since she never seen the world outside Ponyville, she only knows the laid-back and peaceful life in the town.<br />She is not exactly lazy, but will avoid situations that require a lot of effort if possible.

Backstory: Lollipop was born into a middle class family in Ponyville. Her mother, Vinegar, always seemed to be cold and unfriendly, but she cared for her family to the point she would give her life for them. She never stepped out of Ponyville, she lived only a few houses away from her childhood home. Lolly's father, Twisting Roads on the other hand was a rather friendly and open stallion. No matter where he went, he made multiple friends in no time. And this skill was rather useful to him, since he was an adventurer, never able to stay put in one place. He visited faraway magical lands, and when he would return home, he would tell stories: some true, some made up by him. Vinegar and Lolly didn't mind either, they enjoyed his stories very much. <br />Along with his tales, he brought a piece of candy from each place he visited for Lolly. When she was younger, she always ate them right away, but as she grew older, she started to put them away, and collect them the way her father collected memories of all those mystical lands he travelled. Later on, she started making her own candy, getting her cutie mark after her first successful attempt at it.<br />When Lolly grew up, her parents gave her the money they saved up for her new house. She moved out, and started living her own life, visiting her mother every day.<br />Now her father decided to settle down. He moved away to Appleloosa along with his wife. Vinegar protested at first, but then agreed to move. Lolly is writing them a letter every week, sending a piece of home made candy with it.
