Appearance: Shoulder-length blonde hair usually kept in a bun, bright green eyes that have hardened over the course of her deployment, a soft face that most of the time effectively hides how cruel she can be.
Personality: Karen suffers from extreme mood swings, going from calm and friendly to aggressively misanthropic at slightest provocation. Not one for brooding, she tries to keep the spirits of anyone she works with up, but will never hesitate to extol her hatred of anyone and anything in her way. When she’s given an objective, she completes it without regard for who may be hurt or what the consequences may be. In her mind her word to uphold the contract is all the moral right that she needs, and anything that may stop her from upholding that contract is an enemy, no matter what side they’re on.

Backstory: Staff Sergeant Karen McNeal came from a family of soldiers. Her father was a Marine, his father a Corpsman, and even her mother worked as a nuclear engineer for the Navy. Naturally, the family line was kept with her, and she enlisted with the army with the intent of joining a special forces outfit. After what she perceived as months of hard work, she got in and began to work on covert operations around the world, which is around when her powers began to manifest themselves. During a routine sparring fight with one of her fellow soldiers, she accidentally hit him with a pulse of energy, killing him instantly. This caused her to become quarantined by the doctors on base and thoroughly examined, she was transferred to an army prison and placed in solitary confinement. During this time she honed her abilities, and learned how they work more properly. After a year of imprisonment, she was released back into civilian life. Unfortunately, the events leading up to her release had cultivated a bit of a superiority complex in her when it came to interacting with both normal humans and civilians, especially both, and she found herself unable to hold down a legitimate job. She turned to crime under the name Longbow, and began working mainly for herself but occasionally contracting out as the kind of person who should only be called when you need someone dead, guaranteed, within a day.
