Cutie Mark: (Cutie Mark does not appear in picture)<br /><br />Cutie mark is two cleavers in the shape of an "X" with the blades pointing outward. The first cleaver is drenched with water while the other is drenched with blood.

Personality: Gruff, brief and to the point, very irritable and almost never happy unless being sarcastic or making fun of people he sees as detestable.

Backstory: Mad Butcher (formerly known as Thick Slice) was born to a family of outdoorsponies within the depths of the Everfree Forest. He was taught how to take care for himself at a very young age, which included not only doing his chores (carrying fire wood back home, chopping up wood, etc.) and helping out his younger brothers and sisters, but cooking as well, which proved to be his special talent.<br /><br />During one season when the food had started running low around the house, Slice had earned his cutie mark in two stages at around 13 years old. The first stage was when a couple of Diamond Dogs had stumbled upon the small house that Thick Slice and his family was staying in, going in . Seeing them come and attack the small cottage itself, even though it was so small, pissed Slice off to the point where he had killed the dogs in the house, right in front of his siblings eyes. He then proceeded to cut them up even more into smaller pieces until he was able to make stew with the parts. The family managed to live off the stew for weeks, and when the food stock was able to be replenished came Slice's first cutie mark - the cleaver drenched in blood.<br /><br />The second cutie mark was about 8 years later, when Slice had been going on his usual hunting trip, only to be attacked by a manticore. He fought hard and strong, and when he was about to deliver the final blow with his knife, he was stopped by a well known adventure pony - Ezekiel Zoolander, the author of many pony anatomy books and others - who, after a bit of talking with Thick, offered him a job as a personal chef to his carnivorous pets. He was worried about the offer though, considering that he didn't know how we was gonna remain in contact with his siblings, as well as the matter of who'll take care of them. After reassurance from Blunt Hooves, the second eldest in the family and Slice's younger brother, that the family will be in good care under him Slice set off for Manehatten.<br /><br />During the years he started as a chef for the pets, he was completely confused on how to cook with all the new tables and equipment he was given – back home he worked very well with little and not very well with lots of equipment – and got very very angry with the other cooks. Over time though, the pets started taking a liking to Slice On one eventful night though, where Ezekiel was holding a very lavish party for some of the biggest names in Manehatten, Trottingham and Canterlot, the head chef got horribly sick with food poisoning when testing out one of his new recipies, and no one was able to cover for him. Except for Thick Slice, and no one was willing to listen to him considering at the time he only had 9 months experience with him. With his anger reaching a boiling point, he lost his cool and called out all of the chefs in the kitchen on their discriminative behavior and their, quote, “shitty and bland cooking”. Slice easily overtook the kitchen and started preparing meals out of nowhere, creating some of the most interesting meals that any pony has ever seen. The meals were a hit with the attendee's, and the standing ovation Slice got earned him his second cutie mark, the second cleaver.<br /><br />His success was short lived when three days later, the head chef was sent to the hospital due to food poisoning. He clamed that it was Slice's work that caused him to get him sick, and Thick didn't react too well. He had no money or resources to prove that he was innocent, and as a result was fired from his placement. He was then nicknamed “Mad Butcher” after the incident and had since then left Manehatten.
