Cutie Mark: A red rocket with the fuse burning on the bottom.<br />This represents his passion for fireworks and explosives.

Personality: Although level headed most of the time, he can still be annoyed easily. Usualy up beat and serious and dosnt like non-since. He likes to keep to himself but will always try to make friends with other ponies out of fear they might mistaken his behavior for something bad. He dosnt take jokes lightly and hates it when ponies get in the way of his work.

Backstory: When he was a filly, Marathon didnt go to school. He perfered to stay at home and read books instead. Everything he knows came from stuff he has read. But at this age his life was troubleing. At the age of 10 he was forced to kill has older sister and his dad by a unknown pony. This has haunted him for many years and afterwards he never trusted anypony.<br /><br />At 14 he and his mom, Macy, moved to ponyville where he meet Starfly. They dated after knowing eachother for a few days. <br /><br />At 16 he disapeard into the Everfree forest and never came out. While there he learned valuble survival skills. He even learned how to make explosives(fire works being his favorite). He used these to blow down trees for fire wood and ate the grass. <br /><br />At the age of 18 he finaly found his way ouot of the forest. He went to town and found where Starfly lived and told her he no longer wanted to be with her. <br /><br />He then went back to the forest and knocked down trees and had the help of some unicorns to bring them to the outskirts of Ponyville where he built a small house, which is where he lives today. <br /><br />Along the way he made a friend or two. One of wich being Littlehop(AKA Cassy). <br /><br />Just before his birthday of being 19, Bluebell and here sister Frizzle came to town. After a few weeks of knowing eachother they started dateing. They are still dating as of this day.
