Appearance: Melbourne is a brown Unicorn. His main is black with streaks of white and his tail is long and often drags behind him. His left ear is torn from a fight he had as a youth.

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a axe over a gavel (judges hammer). He gained it as a youth due to his draconian nature and severe treatment of criminals

Personality: Melbourne is a soft spoken methodical unicorn. He despises injustice and often takes extreme measures when dealing with ne'er-do-wells. He is very verbose and proper around strangers but is quite blunt and heavy handed with people he knows. He see's the world as being entirely black and white. A pony is either good or bad in his eyes. And anyone who disobeys Celestia's law is bad in his eyes.

Backstory: Melbourne's past is shady at best. Where he was born is unknown and where he spent most of his youth can only be pinned down to "Somewhere around the Appaloosa plains" his only known relative is his sister who is currently serving time in a Canterlot jail for crimes unknown. Rumours speculate that he is an ex assassin turned lawyer, but he just shrugs it off as conjectured rumour.
