Personality: He is nice guy once you get to know him, like parties, will get searious if his friends are in danger and making sure everyone is ok.

Backstory: He is the nephew of the President of USA, after this PACE mess up, The President decide to send his nephew as a Ambassador to USA and Earth to Equestria so this way Earth and Equstria can contune there relationsips of peace treaty. Also he do have a crush on Pinky Pie since he is away like Pinky all way parting and plan parties too. Also he was in Brazil learning Celeopatra (Brazil Ju Jistue) As Charles is his Teacher and now still his teacher since he teach him the art of Celeopatra and the Art of Fighting with out Fighting by Bruce Lee.
