Appearance: Ice blue coat, chocolate brown eyes, and long brown mane that partially covers eyes. Right eye is blind.

Cutie Mark: an open book with a blue quill on one side and a pencil on the other. Symbolizes love for drawing, reading, and writing, and the fact that she is an aspiring writer and artist.

Personality: This is very hard. How do you explain yur own personality?<br /><br /><br />Mint Drop... is very weird. She....<br />....<br />How do I do this?<br />Um, this is not going to work if I try writing it like with my other OCs.<br />TAKE 2!<br /><br />-She is very socially awkward around ponies she does not know. In fact, she often feels like running away, especially if she's tired or having a bad day.<br />-She can't always tell if she's coming across as rude and sometimes she'll think you're being rude when you're not.<br />-If you treat her like she is disabled, she will get very mad.<br />-She has a major sweet tooth<br />-She has a low tolerance for slow things and ponies without common sense. <br />-She is very intelligent, but she is autistic and part of her case is that she processes things slower. She gets what you're saying, it just takes a bit longer than average to process.<br />-She can be witty<br />-she can get very sarcastic if you're scolding her or being rude to her for no good reason<br />-she doesn't understand body language well and misinterprets facial expressions<br />-She is known to space out.<br />-. She is a bit of a perfectionist, especially when drawing. If someone puts something away in the wrong place or order (i.e.. glasses in a cupboard) she will get annoyed and won't focus on anything else but fixing the mistake until it's fixed.<br />-Grammar/spelling/punctuation errors drive her nuts, especially when somepony doesn't know the difference between your/you're, they're/their/there, hear/here, where/wear/were, etc.<br /><br />~Willl add more later...

Backstory: Born in Canterda, she was kept in hospitals until she was (I believe) a few weeks old. Nurses told her mother that she wouldn't be ale to see color or textures, only simple shapes and in black and white, but some time after she was allowed to go home, they found that she could see better than that, but only in one eye.<br />She was nearly named Raven, as when she was born, her mane was jet-black, but she responded to Mint Drop and "Minty" the most, so her mother went with that.<br />When she was about three, her mother Wing Shine met a stallion (she left Min't father before she was born) named Cold Metal, and they married. When she was almost exactly three and a half, Shine gave brith to a little colt, who they named Iron Haze. <br /><br />Iron and Mint had a typical, brother-sister relationship: Fighting until one of the parents has had enough and makes tme apologize, but there were some good moments.<br /><br />Mint and her little brother were put in several daycares, due to both parents working, and at one of the daycares, Mint was friends with the owner's daughter. The daughter had a toy that was rather popular, snd they would both play with it. When Mint and Iron were leaving to go to another daycare, her friend gave her the beloved toy. Mint played with it nearly every day.<br />After some time, she had a nightmare about the toy, scaring her to the extent of being too afraid to look at it. This was one of the times that Iron was really good. He hid it behind the couch for her so she wouldn't have to look at it. Later that morning, her grandparents showed up and took it to Calgarein, as, by chance, they were making a trip that day. <br /><br />((I am not even kidding about that. It seriously happened.
