Appearance: Motion Spark is a brown unicorn stallion with big, soulful eyes that always show a great deal of emotion. Although a bit smaller then most unicorns, he isn't extremely short, just a shade under average. He has a curly poof of a black mane that curls off to the right side of his head. His tail is similar, but has the distinctive shape of soft serve ice cream.

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a small common wood-made pencil, with 7 seven ponies figurines around it that forms a ring around the pencil. Each pony has a color of the raibow. Meaning, that Motion Spark's most valuable talents are imagination and creativity, that even with a small, boring and simple pencil it's possible to create a brand new world.

Personality: Motion can be a bit hesitant at times, especially considering the very strange situations he finds himself in. He isn't afraid to act, he just prefers to have all the information before he does anything. This can make him come across as shy sometimes, but he genuinely loves having friends and cares about them greatly, going to great lengths to help them out. He is hard-working and reliable, and when he cares about something he works at it hard and doesn't give up.

Backstory: Motion grew up in a distant country outside of Equestria. He lived mostly by himself in a very humble but well structured home. His mom died when giving birth to him and his dad, Henry Spark, was a hard worker earth pony that travelled all over Equestria, working very hard to provide Motion a decent life. He occasionally visited him like 4 or 6 times per month.<br /><br />One day, at age 16, Motion was visited by a very beautiful and elegant looking mare that delivered the devastating news of the passing of his father. Naturally Motion couldn't believe it and felt an incredible amount of pain inside, and without realizing it, he started to develop a really tight bond with this mare, who referred herself as a really close friend of his father, who genuinely showed a lot of appreciation for him.<br /><br />Her name is Rosebelle, and she visited him several times after that day, just to spend time with him and make sure that he was OK. He was really happy each time he got to see her. She also sent him bits regularly for anything that he needed.<br /><br />When he turned 19, he moved to Equestria, being Seaddle his first stop, he wanted to chase his dream of being an artist and open his own art gallery. He shared an apartment with a pony named Wits End, who was another unicorn with a very eccentric personality. After 1 year, Motion moved to Ponyville and bought a modest house around the town. After this, he had more contact with Rosebelle more often, even though he doesn't know where she lives, this pony was the maternal figure that Motion was lacking during his whole life.<br /><br />There were times when he wondered why this pony was helping him so much...<br />
