Appearance: Nephthys is 5'8, with dark brown skin, long black hair, and blue eyes. <br /><br />When protecting the city and fighting crime, she wears a dark blue suit, with a silver belt and a light blue hooded cloak.

Personality: As Nephthys she's solemn and serious, but as Nora Jackson, she's bright and optimistic.

Backstory: Nephthys comes from a family of do gooders, her father was a cop before he had to retire, her mom is a frequent charity host, and her older sister is a doctor. She grew up learning to help others who were in need and to stand up to bullies. <br /><br />She got her water manipulating powers, after an accident at the pool. She had fallen in and when she was rescued she found that she was able to command water and anything water based. <br /><br />
