Cutie Mark: Being a curious, science-loving pony, he went to explore a thunderstorm when he was still pretty young, leaving him in the center of the storm surrounded by lightning and in fear. <br /><br />He barely made it out alive, leaving him drenched and with a rain cloud as a cutie mark. Even though it doesn't represent his love for science, it shows he has an affection for weather, especially rain or simply the element water.<br /><br />

Personality: Other ponies haven't been too nice to him in general due to him being kind of nerdy, having a rather female appearance and having different interests than the other ponies. Because of this, he is pretty introverted most of the time distrusting other ponies at first; he is pretty out-going around friends, even though he only has a few. <br /><br />He is pretty intelligent and likes to have interesting conversations about a myriad of topics. Still, he often prefers to be alone enjoying some time for himself.

Backstory: There isn't much to say for his backstory, his early life has been rather casual, not to say boring. Nothing really happened in his life, just your average days filled with nothing exciting to do. <br /><br />He was born and grew up in Cloudsdale of middle class parents; his mother is a pegasus and his father a unicorn. His parents split up when he was still a colt. His father has been irresponsible, bad with money and unemployed which lead to them splitting up. Because of that, he grew up with his mother most of the time, rarely seeing his father. <br /><br />He graduated school with average result never putting much effort into anything, probably due to a lack of interest. However, he is very interested in science, always curious to explore the mysteries in the world. <br /><br />In addition, he is a good flier due to spending much time in the air. He has troubles living on the ground because he spent most of his life in Cloudsdale. Also, due to being rather shy, he has a hard time talking to other ponies unless he knows them well. <br /><br />He is currently working as a technician in the weather factory in Cloudsdale. When he visited Ponyville, he immediately fell in love with Sea Swirl due to their shared affection towards the ocean.
