Cutie Mark: Night's cutie mark is two treble clefs, symbolizing his love and talent for music. Specifically writing music and singing.
Personality: Night Song is a very friendly, easy going, laid back, happy-go-lucky and open minded young pegasus. To his family and friends, he is fiercely loyal to a fault and protective to the point where he would put his own life in danger, to save the lives of those close to him. He does his best to always keep a positive and optimistic view on life, but does sometimes find it hard.

His only faults are that he can be a bit impatient, he can sometimes have low self esteem and he will easily fall for any mare that his nice to him. He is also quite a romantic, despite which, he has had at least two failed relationships.

How-ever, Night's major flaw is that he can be rather reckless, and when he sees a pony in distress, he will rush to their aid, despite knowing them or not, often getting himself hurt in the process.
Backstory: Night was born to a upper-class couple in Cloudsdale, but his family moved to Canterlot when he was a little foal, to live elsewhere.
How-ever his parents were not snobs, instead they went out of their way to mingle and associate with the more middle-class and common pony folk of Canterlot. They would often help out at charities and often put a lot of bits into the same charities.

While Night was still a young colt, his parents took him to his first concert, which was a classical benefit concert, which was when he discovered his love for music, and tried his hoof at composing a song. He then performed it in front of his parents, while playing the piano, and they loved it so much, that they said his talent should be in the music industry, he said that he really loved writing and performing the piece, and that he agreed. His cutie mark then appeared.

Since then, his parents have paid for him to have lessons with a private tutor, and when he graduated from high school, his parents then put him into music college to further his talents.

Night Song has always looked up to and admired his parents, not only because he loved them as a son, but also because he admired how they were always willing to help out the less fortunate, without asking for anything in return. Wanting to follow in his parents' hoofsteps in being kind and generous to all ponies, and believing that something like 'class' should never separate ponies from each other, he spends most of his time with the more common folk, because he feels that they are more "down to earth" and less "snob like" like most of the ponies in Canterlot, often thinking about moving down to somewhere like Ponyville.
