Personality: Icy, hates everyone. Intruders to his turf are given warning to leave or are turned into garden party ice sculptures. Doesn't want anything to do with his past life. All he wants is to be left alone, isolated from any interactions with all but his prey.

Backstory: The night Hero Factor discovered a song's (see "other" below for song) hidden secret brought this chilly villain to life. Having been angry at the moment of discovery the song's energy enveloped factor in an icy vortex that lifted to reveal nightmare frozen factor. N.F.F. then created a place of his own, away from those whom he used to have bonds with.
