Appearance: Nightness is a dark blue unicorn with darker blue spots (explained in Backstory), a medium blue and lighter blue curly/wavy mane and tail and deep purple eyes. She wears a Light Blue necklace with an Amethyst (Also explained in Backstory).

Cutie Mark: A Silver Shooting Star, Signifying her passion with the night.

Personality: Nightness is known to be quite a joyful and happy pony, but she can also be shy and awfully quiet. Nightness is a tricky pony when it comes to personality, she loves to be in groups but is socially awkward, she likes being alone but she hates it when no ones nearby. Nightness is a creative pony but is more alive at night and normally has no desire to do anything much during the day. Nightness tries her best to be proper and polite although clumsiness takes over sometimes

Backstory: Nightness was a very clumsy and loud pony when she was younger, she never really knew what she was doing and didn't have a care in the world; She was happy, she didn't care that no one liked her, that she had no friends, that teachers told the other ponies to ignore her, everything was just fine to Nightness, she didn't have any siblings to teach her any better and her parents didn't see anything wrong with her, so things went on like that. A few years later, Nightness hit puberty and she began to realize what was happened around her, she had no friends, teachers didn't want anyone else near her; She became very upset and often other ponies at her school, including teachers, would taunt and tease her, Nightness occasionally lash out at the other ponies and teachers, teasing became bulling and bulling became millions of bruises, scars and blood loss, she went to the hospital often. Things went on like this for a year, she had been close to death many times and had a lot of blood put into her. One fateful day, she was getting bullied at school, a group of pegasi were teasing her from above and another small group of unicorns were casting spells at her when Nightness just couldn't take it anymore, she screamed a terrifyingly loud and high-pitched scream that broke two windows, her horn lit up and a ring of small black flames came around her to get the others off her, Nightness' rage had finally built up enough to use her magic for the third time. The headmaster came galloping down and destroyed the flames with his own magic and being a powerful unicorn, put a curse on Nightness, at that moment her spots appeared to remind her. The curse he bestowed on her that she was to always remember the things that happened, the times before and the times then, but in a different format. Her magic would take over her at random times and cast horrible spells, spells of fire, pictures of visuals, spells of sounds , etc. Two months later she sat in her garden crying her eyes out, she didn't want to live anymore, her curse had already been horrible, happening at least three times a day; She looked up to see a show of shooting stars flying across the sky, she prayed to them to help her with her curse, something fell from the sky into the pond in her garden, as she ran towards it her cutie mark appeared. The stars had sent her the necklace she wears, on the engraved in the inside is a star, The amethyst reduces the amount of attacks her curse does, they've almost stopped, the spots have faded, but the attacks will still come when you least expect it..
