Appearance: Olaf changes his appearance(not at will) from, spectral, to normal (normal being as if he was a regular earth pony). He wears his villages clothing which is: a vest with a metal plate on the front, that shows the villages symbol. The symbol is a portrait of a hooded pony with blue, glowing eyes. The pony's body is facing away, while the face of the hooded pony is looking back. Also in his normal appearance, Olaf has a brown cloth around his waist.

In his spectral form, Olaf's clothes are not visible; only the outline of them can be seen. Being spectral, he has no color. When he stands in front of anything, whether it be: trees, grassy plains, buildings, or anything else they can be seen through him.
Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is/was a shield with a black and brown horn in the center of it.
Personality: Olaf is very outgoing; he makes it a habit to talk with new ponies, whether they follow his customs or not. When Olaf is faced with a challenge he rushes in head first and does not think things through. Whenever Olaf goes for another pony he makes sure they are warmed up to him and know what he is all about before asking them out. Whenever Olaf is in battle, he likes to charge his opponents and laugh as he fights. Olaf react differently when he is betrayed or wronged. He closes himself up and tries to escape from other ponies while he reflects on the events.
Backstory: Olaf grew up with his cousin, Asator, in his village after his own village was destroyed. His parents went with the village, leaving Asator's parents to raise them both and teach them the ways of a warrior. When Olaf grew to be old enough to live on his own, he set off from the village. He built a house out in the mountains near a dragons den. In the first few months he constantly fought off the dragons attacks.
Sometimes, he would fight with the dragons for days on end. Eventually the dragons bowed to Olaf for his strength and tenacity. Olaf continued to live his life as a warrior. One day, a traveling mare happened upon his house in the mountains.
She knocked on his door, tired and cold. He offered the mare his bed for the night. Olaf set off in the mountains to do some foraging. When he came back the mare was outside and staring up at the night sky.
He complimented the mare and her beauty and soon a fire was ignited. The mare told Olaf that she was a gypsy, traveling Equestria collecting odd treasures and stories. The next day, the mare departed. Thus began a tradition: every three weeks, the mare would stop by and pay Olaf a visit.
Sometimes he would be badly beaten from fighting in the woods or with bandits that would roll around. The mare would tend to him and keep his company; they didn't pay attention to time when this happened. Olaf would often ask the name of the gypsy mare. She would reply, "In due time, lover boy.". The tradition would be observed for many years, until Olaf turned thirty-eight.
Olaf was tending to his house when the time for the gypsy mare to show up rolled around. He waited and waited for the mare to show, but she never did. Finally, Olaf went to look for her. He didn't know where to start, so he set off going down the mountain path. Hours passed by as Olaf searched. He passed by the dragons den that he had fought off earlier in his life.
An elder dragon arose and asked what Olaf was looking for. When he told the dragon, the reptile told him that another dragon had killed her. Olaf became blinded by fury. He loved that mare and wanted to see the dragon dead. He turned around and sought after the dragon.
After a day of continuous walking, Olaf finally came across the dragons den. It had been sleeping and Olaf saw the opportunity. He struck the Dragon and woke up in his house. He was severely confused and shuffled around his house, hoping yesterday would come to him.
When it didn't, he went outside to check things out. He saw a plaque that read, "Here lies the spirit of the mountain." Olaf continues to search for the mare the stole his heart. Each day that passes by, he forgets her. He hopes to find her before his memory is wiped clean of her.
