Cutie Mark: A pony carrying a very very large bag full of random stuff.

Personality: He is generally perky, he is almost always running around with his magically enhanced bags full of stuff. And no matter what, he will always have some random thing on him. His motto is, "It's better to have something and not need it, then need it and not have it."

Backstory: He lived a full life with his mom and dad. Both of them were really enthusiastic collectors of things like stamps and rock and many other things. Pack Rat however, took a liking in everything his parents liked to collect and more.
