Appearance: Paragon Pencil is a yellow-coated Earth pony with various sand-coloured patches

Cutie Mark: Paragon Pencil has the cutie mark of a pencil crayon, a pencil, and a pen. The meaning of it is that if ever there is a need for art, a need for expression, Paragon will be there with art supplies and a pile of paper. <br /><br />He always has a way with art, as art is his heart.

Personality: Paragon may seem naive at first, but he's calculating, able to read body language, and can modify his behaviour accordingly.<br /><br />He's overtly happy, always wishing to spread the happiness to other ponies around. He has a tendency to bring smiles wherever he goes

Backstory: Paragon Pencil is a traveling artist who never really speaks much of his past, though it always seems that whenever he thinks on it, it causes him great pain and sadness.<br /><br />He's not had a place to call home in a long time, preferring to remain at his pitched tent just outside the Everfree Forest where it is the most quiet for him.
